Following yesterday’s announcement from the manufacturer about Mounjaro supply and pricing, we took the step this morning to pause new orders so we could check stock levels and plan.
We’ve now reopened for a limited number of Mounjaro orders, but availability could change over the weekend as demand is still very high.
To make sure no one already on their Mounjaro journey is left without, we’ve introduced a two-item limit per customer. This helps us keep treatment going for those due to reorder soon. We’ve also put systems in place to quickly identify existing patients so we can prioritise them when needed.
We’re expecting a new shipment early in the week, starting 18th August, and we’ll update availability once it arrives.
A few other changes for now:

Next-day delivery isn’t available while we work through current orders.

Dispatch may take 5–7 working days from payment confirmation.

Discount codes are paused until stock levels return to normal.
