Delivery Policy
All medication deliveries are sent in unmarked brown boxes with just a delivery label attached. We do not show any connection to the pharmacy or the contents of the parcel, so all deliveries remain confidential for your peace of mind!
Our cheapest delivery option is Royal Mail Track 48 which means your order should arrive with 2-4 working days after dispatch. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Your order can be fully tracked every step of the way using the tracking number we provide you upon receiving your dispatch email after purchase.

In the event that you need your order sooner we also provide some further delivery options for you to get you your medication as soon as possible:
Royal Mail Tracked 24™ – 1-2 working days at £3.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm™ – Guaranteed next working day delivery before 1pm at £6.50
All orders placed before 12 pm on weekdays are eligible for same-day dispatch. This allows our clinical pharmacists to check your medication and sign off on approval for delivery.
During periods of public holidays and national bank holidays it may take additional days to process and dispatch your deliveries as per royal mail delivery policy during these periods. Contact us if you’d like futher information regarding this.
If you place an order for a medication that requires fridge storage and fridge delivery it may take an extra 1 to 2 working days in addition of normal delivery times to get your medication to you, this is to ensure the medication is maintained at the correct temprature throughout the delivery process and the medication is delivered to you in a way that ensures it is still safe and effective to use.
