1. Shake the bottle well before each use.
2. Prime the spray by pumping it several times until a fine mist appears, especially if it’s the first use or if it hasn’t been used for a while.
3. Blow your nose gently to clear nasal passages.
4. Close one nostril with your finger and insert the nozzle into the other nostril.
5. Tilt your head slightly forward and spray while gently breathing through your nose.
6. Repeat in the other nostril.
7. Use two sprays in each nostril every morning and evening.
8. Do not exceed 8 sprays in 24 hours.
Post-Use:
1. Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the dust cap.
2. Avoid blowing your nose for at least 15 minutes after use.
