Complete a short health questionnaire

Create an account (if you don’t already have one)

Once you have completed the questionnaire you will be asked to create an account with your own personal login details. This will give you access to your own personal portal which will display any order history and any consultations undertaken with our prescribers along with notes! At We Prescribe we believe in being completely transparent with our patients about their own health and this is why we want to ensure all information relating to our patients is visible on their own personal dashboard!

Our services are only available to individuals over the age of 18 and therefore while creating the account and prior to checkout we will ask you to upload a form of photographic ID so that we may verify your identity. This is simply due to the fact we cannot see our patients to verify their identity and age in person.

Checkout and await your treatment delivery

You will then be asked to checkout and select your delivery options!

All patients receive free Royal mail tracked 48 shipping as standard and orders should arrive within 2-4 working days using this option.

You will also have the option of upgrading to Royal Mail tracked 24 which usually arrives within 1-2 working days and Royal Mail Special Delivery pre 1pm for guaranteed next day delivery.

Once checkout is complete your medication will be dispensed from our registered pharmacy and is dispatched in the same day if ordered before 12pm.

Our packaging will be completely confidential and discreet and is also recyclable to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment!

Our independent prescribing pharmacist will then have a confidential video conversation with you to discuss the best treatment option for you, if a prescription

is required they will process one and send you a link for checkout, its that simple! All points discussed and advice given will be available for you to see in the consultation notes section of your patient portal along with any prescriptions and orders!

If our independent prescribing pharmacist feels no treatment is necessary, they will advise you as such and provide you with the correct advice or alternatively, they may feel a referral is necessary which they will also support you with!

As we prescribe our patients are our priority and we want all patients to feel empowered about their own health, therefore we are happy to try and help our patients with any queries related to their health!
