How Our Video Consultation Works
We are open 9am-9pm, Monday-Saturday and 9am-6pm on Sunday.
You’ll need a quiet place to talk with good reception for your video consultation.

Searching for your condition or treatments options
Browse through Our Conditions
Simply browse through the conditions we treat, and have a look at treatment options available. You may be required to select a strength, dosage or frequency of medication to begin treatment with. If you do not understand any of these technical terms or where to start, no problem! Just use our live chat function at any time during your order process and one of the members of our team will be happy to help!
Complete a short health questionnaire
Complete a hassle-free and simple two-minute questionnaire about your health! This is simply to make sure the treatment you have selected is correct and safe for you to use. If our independent prescribers have any questions they will be in touch with you to discuss. If there are no queries a prescription will be generated by one of our prescribing teams.
For your peace of mind, our service is completely confidential and we do not share your information without your consent. We may however contact you directly if we have any questions or follow-up queries.
Create an account (if you don’t already have one)
Once you have completed the questionnaire you will be asked to create an account with your own personal login details. This will give you access to your own personal portal which will display any order history and any consultations undertaken with our prescribers along with notes! At We Prescribe we believe in being completely transparent with our patients about their own health and this is why we want to ensure all information relating to our patients is visible on their own personal dashboard!
Our services are only available to individuals over the age of 18 and therefore while creating the account and prior to checkout we will ask you to upload a form of photographic ID so that we may verify your identity. This is simply due to the fact we cannot see our patients to verify their identity and age in person.
Checkout and await your treatment delivery
You will then be asked to checkout and select your delivery options!
All patients receive free Royal mail tracked 48 shipping as standard and orders should arrive within 2-4 working days using this option.
You will also have the option of upgrading to Royal Mail tracked 24 which usually arrives within 1-2 working days and Royal Mail Special Delivery pre 1pm for guaranteed next day delivery.
Once checkout is complete your medication will be dispensed from our registered pharmacy and is dispatched in the same day if ordered before 12pm.
Our packaging will be completely confidential and discreet and is also recyclable to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment!

Video Consultation with our Pharmacist
Book a video consultation online
Simply book online for a video consultation with one of our independent prescribing pharmacists. Once on the page you will have access to the diary to choose an available time slot to suit your needs. You will need to create an account prior to booking to ensure we can store all your information safely and securely in one place! All video appointments will be a maximum of 15 minutes but rest assured if any queries need longer we will always put patient health first!
Attend your appointment
Click on the link provided in the booking confirmation email to attend your appointment at the correct time. This is your time and you may discuss any health concerns you have with our team! Our video consultations are conducted using the zoom video call system, but once again rest assured this is totally confidential and no recording or video evidence of the consultation is kept by any third party or ourselves.
Consultation with one of our prescribers
Our independent prescribing pharmacist will then have a confidential video conversation with you to discuss the best treatment option for you, if a prescription
is required they will process one and send you a link for checkout, its that simple! All points discussed and advice given will be available for you to see in the consultation notes section of your patient portal along with any prescriptions and orders!
If our independent prescribing pharmacist feels no treatment is necessary, they will advise you as such and provide you with the correct advice or alternatively, they may feel a referral is necessary which they will also support you with!
As we prescribe our patients are our priority and we want all patients to feel empowered about their own health, therefore we are happy to try and help our patients with any queries related to their health!
