Use Imigran Nasal Spray at the first sign of a migraine attack.
Each spray contains a single dose of medication and should be used in one nostril only.
1. Blow your nose to clear any blockage.
2. Remove the nasal spray from its blister pack.
3. Hold the spray with your thumb on the blue plunger and insert the nozzle into one nostril, while blocking the other nostril with your finger.
4. Breathe out gently through your mouth, and then close your mouth.
5. As you begin to breathe in through your nose, press the blue plunger firmly to release the spray.
6. Remove the nozzle from your nostril and keep your head upright, breathing normally.
7. Dispose of the used spray.
If your migraine returns, you may use a second dose after two hours but do not exceed two sprays in 24 hours.
